I don't know when this was posted but I will try to help anyway. The question here is, "Did your dog just lick the patch or did he break it open and consume the medication in whole?" If he just licked it, then he will most likely be fine in about 2 hours. If you don't want to take him to the vet office, watch for respiratory depression (decreased breathing) and lethargy (sleeping with difficulty in arousing him). If he experiences either of thesesymptoms he needs to go to the vet immediately.
It's called "patch leather" because it sounds so much better than "leather scraps." Patch leather is not a kind of leather but an assemblage made from leather scraps -- hence a patch leather bomber jacket today tends to sell for beneath $40 while a leather bomber jacket tends to start at $160 and go well up from there. In other words, there is a somewhat strong correlation between what you'll pay and what you'll get.
If your turtle's shell needs a fiberglass patch, consult a veterinarian or herpetologist. He or she will direct you to someone who specializes in prosthetics for animals.
It's probably a northern flicker. It's a type of woodpecker.

There is no fentanyl in a lidocaine patch. It is a lidocaine patch not a fentanyl patch.

Fentanyl patch will test positive for opiates
$100.00 per patch?
It won't affect the patch performance, but given the strength of Fentanyl patches you probably won't notice any change with a magnetic pain device.
