There may be some close reasons for why some people anti Naruhina. For example, Naruto never said he liked or that he loved Hinata. I know some people say Naruto should love Hinata because she really loves him and because she risked her life for him twice! For example, when Naruto's 4 tailes form hurt sakura, Naruto was able to confront Kyuubi and tell him he didn't want his power because he obviously doesn't want to ever hurt someone he loves (Sakura) again.
