No it does not and at this point there are no plans to use nuclear energy to provide power to the territory. Yukon Energy is however looking to geo-thermal, wind, waste to energy (biomass), energy conservation, and additional hydro to supply the growing demand for power. Natural gas might also be a possibility at some point down the road.
