Yes there is a second spice and wolf season. It is only in Japanese at the moment however. You can watch the entire series on Hulu.com
Funimation owns the rights to Spice and Wolf video production and distribution in the United States. Kadokawa Pictures USA went out of business in 2008-2009, which explains the delayed video production of an additional season 3.
