In my experience having my nose pierced (it's been done three times), it bleeds a lot more than many other parts of the body (it bled a lot more than my bellybutton!) because there are vessels in it. It's nothing to worry about, but you should be warned before you go in that it MAY bleed a lot more than expected.
If the piercing is done correctly by someone who is experienced in providing piercings the nostril should not bleed at all. Bleeding is an indication they screwed up during the piercing, it's not life threatening but done correctly it shouldn't happen in the first place.

Ear's tend to bleed when pierced so wash the blood of a bit the put tree tee oil or salt water on to the bleeding bit or the solution you get when you had your ears pierced
