- Love has always been a mystery. Sometimes the opposite sex becomes friends and things go along very well, but one or the other may fall in love with their friend. Even if the two remain friends (like brother and sister) and have a lot of fun together and the male or female meets someone they truly love and spends more time with their boyfriend or girlfriend this can cause jealousy re the friend left behind and they feel lonely and rejected. If you meet someone and feel you are in love with them; then date them for a bit and realize you don't love them as you thought you did this is only because you have gotten to know the person better and the chemistry is not right between you and it's time to move on into a healthier relationship. It's human nature to have a few boyfriends or girlfriends when younger and if you didn't you wouldn't know what type of person you would enjoy having in your life as a partner for the future. Love is risky; fickle; confusing and can be hurtful at times, but it's a risk most of us have to take.
