Sometimes leadership qualities are inherent. But not always. Inherent lradership qualities are god gifted. However, a erson with strong determination can develop these. The first very impotant duty of a good leader is that he/she should be truth loving and should have immense, indisputable respect for it. Secondly, he himself should be honest enough to set example. Thirdly, he must have unchallanging & unshakable confidence(not over-confidence) and he should be able to inculcate confidence in his/her followers. A leader ought to know what task he/she has assigned to followers and know progress and problems confronted during task completion. A leader must be modest & amiableand should always update himsef/herself with the latest technologies and trends. His followers must put all their faith & loyality in their leader willingly & happily.

Duty is a task assigned to perform with creation of responsibility delegated to a subordinate to be achieved - while Responsibility is an obligation to perform a duty by mutual relationship with superiors and subordinates that can be shared but not delegated .With the allocation of each task delegated is a creation of responsibility for that particular task.

A leader allocates tasks by division of labor for specialization of work(right person for the right task) and co ordinates the task to achieve the objective within the plan .A leader also motivates the subordinates to work effectively and efficiently.

A leader is accountable for the task assigned as duty.
