In addition to a missed period, the earliest signs and symptoms of pregnancy might include:

• Tender, swollen breasts. Early in pregnancy hormonal changes might make your breasts tender, sensitive or sore. Or your breasts might feel fuller and heavier.

• Food aversions or cravings. When you're pregnant, you might find yourself turning up your nose at certain foods. Food cravings are common, too. Like most other symptoms of pregnancy, these food preferences can be chalked up to hormonal changes.

Early signs of pregnancy are sore boobs, headaches, a sudden cold light symptom like a random sore throat or stuffy nose, mild cramps, fatigue, itchy nipples, morning sickness which can be at any time of day it's not limited to jus morning by its name, spotting(implantation bleeding), emotional, bloating, the bad thing about pregnancy symptoms are that they are very similar to PMS symptoms...if u kno wen u ovulated and think u might be pregnant take a home pregnancy test about 14 days past ovulation some women have been able to test as soon as 9 dpo(days past ovulation) but if u absolutely must know go to your OBGYN and get a blood tests as soon as 9 dpo...hope this helps
