...the Ozone Layer
The ozone layer
Ultra-violet radiation, on certain individuals of white skin who are exposed under too much sunlight.
The ozone is the ONLY thing protecting us from the sun's harmful ultra violet rays, without it we will have too much exposure to vitamin D, and can develop skin cancer.
The ozone layer, located in the stratosphere, helps protect Earth from harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation by absorbing and deflecting much of it. This layer acts as a shield to prevent UV rays from reaching the Earth's surface, reducing potential harm to living organisms.
Ultra-violet radiation causes melanin to form in the skin, but too much will damage the skin. This can cause permanent damage and cancer later in life, so be warned!
It's not so much they don't like it: they can't see it. A bee's color vision is not the same as ours. Their eyes are sensitive well into the ultra-violet part of the spectrum, but not as far as ours towards the red end of the spectrum. To a bee, deep red appears black.
The ozone layer stops much of the sun's ultra-violet rays from burning our skin and eyes, producing cancer or cataracts.
* The Earth has oxygen * The Earth is the perfect spot in space * The Earth is protected Not: * Gets polluted * People use Sun Energy * To much oil is used
yes,i think we all should be much more concerned by the ozone disapperances because this ozone layer is the one which protects our Earth from the long UV (Ultra-Violet)radiations which can cause a huge destruction on Earth. And if ozone will get depleted or disappears, they will be a huge destruction which would have to be faced by us in the upcoming years.
The samsung tocoo ultra is about 200quid :)
The ozone layer protects us from too much ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. If this layer becomes depleted, more UV radiation can reach the Earth's surface, leading to increased risks of skin cancer, cataracts, and other health issues.
Mars's atmosphere is thinner than Earth's atmosphere, Earth's atmosphere is also mostly Nitrogen and Oxygen, while Mars' is mostly Carbon Dioxide. Mars also doesn't have an ozone layer to protect it from ultra-violet rays.
