There is no "easiest" way to learn anything, including management! There are different ways, with some people favoring one method over another. For instance, some go to school and get a degree in management or in business. Others work in support roles, learning the business, and then moving into management. And some enter management training programs where companies feel you've got the abilities but need to learn how to manage and how the business works. Each of these require hard work and dedication to doing well. But a lot of management comes down to personal judgment. For example, I may look at something one way, while somebody else may look at it in another. So who's right and who's wrong? That's simply a matter of opinion!
