Animals that are poached are most likely to become extinct or endangered. If one animal dies then many other animals will to. Ex: Ther are 27 foxes in Lauraville. A farmer kills one fox every day for 27 days. Now the bunnies won't get eaten and they will over-populate the area. But If the bunnies died out and the foxes stayed alive then the foxes will soon die because they don't have anything to eat.

Poaching is what it is called when you illegally kill an animal. There are many laws against poaching and game wardens are in charge of enforcing them.
