This depends on what kind of driving you plan to do. If you mostly stay close to home and do little freeway driving an electric model may be right for you. If you have a long commute or plan on vacationing in your car, a hybrid would be your best choice.
Hybrid cars, at this moment, will be less expensive in the long run because they do not fully rely on electricity (which is becoming more and more expensive through power/electricity companies). However, electric cars are more friendly to the enviroment.

The debate continues between hybrid vs gas cars. Fuel economy and eco-friendliness of a hybrid is higher except for small four cylinder cars. Gas savings are offset by the higher sticker price of a hybrid. Depending on driving habits, it may take several years to recoup the difference in purchase price. Hybrids may qualify for tax credits and insurance discounts that reduce this difference and they have higher resale values.
Both hybrid cars and electric cars are an improvement over gasoline powered cars. Hybrids have a gas powered engine and an electric motor. This allows for greater mileage and reduced, but not completely negated, emissions. Electric cars are powered solely by electricity. They produce no tailpipe emissions whatsoever, but they cannot go very long distances without needing to be recharged. Electric cars cannot be topped up at gas stations and take a few hours to fully recharge.
Electric cars can be charged with electricity, where as hydrogen cars use a fuel cell that would have to be refilled at a refueling station. It doesn't look like there will be many hydrogen cars on the road until 2020. Take a look at this article: http://www.renewable-energy-news.info/electric-vs-hydrogen-the-future-of-green-cars-battle-it-out/
They save money because the maintenance on electric vehicles is lower. Also the price of Kwh vs mpg is lower meaning you pay less to drive on electricity then you would to drive on gasoline.
Do you want your employees to work out of the office, at home, or a hybrid of the two? There are pros and cons to each option that need to be taken into consideration when deciding which one is best for your workforce. If your business relies on face-to-face communication, then an office may be best suited for you. But if you have workers who work well independently, then working from home may suit them better. And if most of your work can be done remotely while still being supervised by others in the company, then a hybrid model could work well.
