Every night when i go to sleep and turn off my laptop but i hear the fan or processor Am i mental or somthing Please help me?

Fan might not stop at the very first moment.
You can hear everything far better right before falling in sleep, so also minor nuisances (which one weren't aware of) trouble people.
Hold the power button for a while and then test other people - ask if they hear the motor.
To answer it completely - are you mental or something, requires a visit to the professional. Never the less it is strange that you are concerned about such a thing.
