Spiritual health is about a clean mind, a clean mouth and clean good kind loving thoughts, words and deeds. The person who does not sin nor think anything wrong, nor to say nor to do wrong things. When the soulspirit is purified by effort and by will, to be clean, then the mind comes right, then the emotions come right, even the body too, that's called, in The Bible: "being made whole". Repentance is about quitting any sins, all of them, by willingly not sinning. And to be a better person thereby, regaining purity and wholesomeness, and then the repentant person is happier, more joyful, and realises more virtues, such as acceptance of God's Will, such as more innocence, more virtues on and on. Wholism or holism is about the whole person, soulspirit and all, to be made clean, to make oneself whole.
