Spiritual health could best be described as the health of your Spirit, your Soul, your Atman. How awakened are you? How realized are you? How much have you grown with the knowledge that you are not the body that will die, you are not the mind that you cannot find. Spiritual health is living with faith, hope, trust and enthusiasm. Spiritual health is realizing that we are all manifestations of the one Divine. We are effects, the Divine is the cause. Spiritual health is being healthy, not in the body and the mind but in the Spirit, evolving beyond the material world, transcending misery and suffering, overcoming the agony of the ego and living as the Divine Spirit. That is true, good spiritual health.

If one is a slave of their senses, of their body cravings, if one's physical habits are creating sickness then their spiritual health is bad. But if one has good spiritual health, if one realizes I am not this body, and transcends cravings; I am not this mind and is not miserable, I am not this ego and doesn't get angry, doesn't hate, take revenge or get jealous, then one has excellent spiritual health because they realize that they are the Divine Spirit, the Soul - that is the reality. When we realize we are the Spirit then our spiritual health is at its best.
