The lymphatic system. Excess interstitial fluid is drained from tissue spaces and returned to the blood.
At the proximal end of capillary, you get the fluid out in the tissue fluid due to blood pressure. At the distal end of the capillary, you get back the tissue fluid due to oncotic pressure of the blood proteins.

The name for fluid build up in the kidneys is called edema. The lymphatic system is not returning excess fluid back to the blood as it should.
The Lymphatic System .
during the exchange of gases in the tissues , some colorless fluid oozes out of the capillaries and fills the inter cellular spaces . this fluid is called interstitial or tissue fluid. It is the medium through which the exchange of gasses and food takes place. now some of this fluid enters the blind lymphatic capillary. as it has entered the lymph vessel then this fluid is now called lymph. the excess tissue fluid is returned back to the blood by this lymphatic system.
By the process of ultra-filtration. At the proximal end of the capillary, you have pressure of about 30 mm of mercury. So the fluid leaves the capillary and enter the interstitial compartment. At the distal end of the capillary the pressure is about 15 mm of Mercury. The fluid in drawn in due to oncotic pressure at that end.
As blood enters the capillary bed on the arteriole end, the blood pressure in the capillary vessel is greater than the osmotic pressure of the blood in the vessel. The net result is that fluid moves from the vessel to the body tissue.At the middle of the capillary bed, blood pressure in the vessel equals the osmotic pressure of the blood in the vessel. The net result is that fluid passes equally between the capillary vessel and the body tissue. Gasses, nutrients, and wastes are also exchanged at this point.On the venue end of the capillary bed, blood pressure in the vessel is less than the osmotic pressure of the blood in the vessel. The net result is that fluid, carbon dioxide and wastes are drawn from the body tissue into the capillary vessel.
The lymph capillary in the right arm channels excess fluid from plasma. This fluid flows in the direction of the lymph nodes in the axilla through larger lymphatic vessels where the fluid becomes lymph.
