This is what it says. " And the people when they knew it, followed him: and he receive them,and spake unto them of the kingdom of God and healed them that had need of healing"from the previous verse Jesus sent his deciples to preach the gospel to various places, then they returned to tell him what they are done, then he welcomed them, and went out alone to a place belonging to the city called bethsaida. when the people that lived in that place where he went (bethsaida) knew jesus was there, they followed him, and he allowed them come with him, then he started telling them about the kingdom of God and he healed those that needed to be healed.
