the role was to take care of all the money and help all of his people live in his kingdom and to make his citizens obey him

Actually its more complicated than that. I will agree with you when you said that part of his job was to help his or her people to live but then again he had to worry about keeping them safe and he or she had to make sure that there kingdom didn't collapse or in other words run out of money, get attacked, get robbed, etc. He or *she had to make sure that if someone robbed or destroyed property of a fallen pharaoh or past pharaoh they would have to pay for their actions ( not 2 get 2 specific but they would either be hung or etc.) and there were many more jobs that they had to do :) hope this helped

That was Queen Hatshepsut, who ruled from 1478 to 1458 BC.
Their economy was based on the Pharaoh. It is that way because the Pharaoh would have to run the whole country. Without the Pharaoh the whole country would fall apart.
Egyptian economy and Libyan economy.
Since the ancient Egyptian civilization spanned several thousand years, the best overall answer is that a Pharaoh delegated that to more than a few of his "ministers" and that final say, would ultimately rest with the Pharaoh or a Queen.
