She has bought it for 50, 000 francs and she wants to sell it for 250 000 francs.Her maid tries to induce to act in a drama as she has a crazy on films.Then the couple Gaston and Jeane come. But Gaston is all against to buy it.Jeanne is taken up by Julliette,s flattery.WHEN jULLIETTE AND jEANNE are upstairs Gaston sells the villa to an American lady Mrs AL Smith for 300 000 francs.When Julliette comes own he pretends that he likes to buy it.Then this opportunist buys it for 200 000 francs having a profit of 100 000 francs by fooling three women including his wife - Jeanne.Finally, Gaston becomes the biggest gainer of this transaction masterfully.
