"Obtained" means acquiring or achieving something through effort, skill, or luck. It refers to successfully acquiring something that was desired or pursued.

Motivation plays a key role in skill acquisition by influencing an individual's dedication, persistence, and effort towards learning new skills. So you would get an immediately feedback on your wrongly performed skill/technique, then immediately change your skill/technique to the right one when shown correctly by your coach or trainer, so then you will not get any bad habits of doing the wrong routine.
Intrinsic feedback comes from within the individual, such as the feeling of accomplishment from completing a task. Extrinsic feedback is information provided by an external source, like a teacher or coach, to guide performance or skill development.

A natural enhances their abilities in a skill or talent by practicing consistently, seeking feedback from others, setting goals, and pushing themselves to improve.
Intrinsic feedback in sport would be you personality criticizing your performance giving mental feedback in what you can improve on in situations. this is used by every sports person in every sport because every sports person will need to develop and build there performance personally without the help of a coach!!
