Because mass for a specific object can't change, only volume can change. This means you could expand and feel lighter (as a result of lower density), or contract and feel heavier (as a result of higher density), however, your actual mass would stay the same.

The real answer has nothing to do with feelings or density. The reasoning is correct. You are lighter at noon because of the gravitational pull exerted by the sun.
