Alldata, chiltons or mitchell should be able to provide this. Another way is to pull both wheels and drums, start on one side and look at the other side if you get confused.

Jack up rear of vehicle, remove drum, then remove brakes shoes and emergency brake cable. This is complicated and really cannot be done by an amateur without consulting the manual which has numerous photos and diagrams.

The brake pads are actually shoes. The emergency brake relies on the rear brake shoes being applied by tension on the emergency brake cable against the rear drums to hold the car stationary. In other words, the rear brakes double as the emergency (parking) brakes.
