Sadly, almost too many to count. Unbelievably, about 30-100 different animals species, including insects, birds, mammals, and amphibians become extinct every single day! This is due to loss of habitat loss and invasion by humans. if you count how many animal species have died just within the last 10 years, it makes a list much to large to put down.
dinosaurs are extinct and animals like that the bold eagle is almost extinct.
Unfortunately, there are several rainforest animals that have went extinct over time. A few of the animals are the Mahogany Glider, Golden Lion Tamarin, and the Diana Monkey.

There are thousands. Today, a rate of about 25 species become extinct every day. It isn't hard to find a list of extinct animals on the internet, just search "extinct animals" or "list of extinct animals" on a search engines.

Animals are either extinct or they aren't, because extinct means that there is not one individual of that group (species, genus, etc) left. Thus, there is no such thing as a "most extinct" animal. Over the entire existence of the rainforest as we know it, many rainforest species have become extinct. There are so many animals that have been extinct in the rainforest and most of them haven't been discovered yet - so its unlikely that anybody will answer this question. If you just want an extinct animal, then the Quaggas is a rather strange one. Well, a Quagga is an extinct zebra with brown fur and stripes only on their belly, back and head. A quagga still existed in the 1800's.
Thousands, far too many to list here. It is estimated that over 99% of the animals that ever existed are now extinct.
Animals are killed from deforestation and scientists believe that many species of animals and plants become extinct everyday in the amazon rain forest.
All animals depend on each other to live so all animals would die out including humans.
Hundreds of animals and plants are going extinct. Oh, and the air you breathe is being deprived of oxygen.
