Grenoble

Grenoble is located in southeastern France, at the foot of the French Alps where the river Drac joins the Isère. The city has a rich history of over 2,000 years, going all the way back to when it was a small Gallic village. In 2008, the Grenoble metropolitan area had a population of 664,832. These people are called "Grenoblois."
