Season 3 and 4 of "The Little Couple" covered their challenges, and the sad loss of 2 pregnancies with the surrogate. Where the baby embryo would be from Bill and Jen, but be carried by the surrogate.

At the end of season 4, Bill and Jen met with an adoption agency. Because of their unique experiences growing up, both Bill and Jen are equipped to handle physical challenges that might overwhelm or baffle other parents... so they are open to adopting children who might have a form of dwarfism or another disability.
