360 hands down. I find the 360 controller fits more ergonomically to most people's hands, ergo making it a more comfortable experience. If you plan on playing for long periods, a better controller makes the difference.
Additionally, FIFA 10's Xbox community is fantastic and you'll never run out of people to play with.
