Well, I'd imagine as something I too am intrested in, the only exams you'd have to take are the exams as part of your course your studying such as A-Level exams, I am unsure if exams are taken as part of a degree but if your studying a degree you may have to do an exam. If you go for a job you may be asked to sit a small test so taht the employee knows how much you know already. Hope this has helped.
They don't have to make accommodations necessarily. They have the option to deem it too far out of their way to do it. Examples of some that may be available if your disability department is great are proctored tests outside of the normal time free of distractions and extended time limits, proctored exams in hospitals and changed time(morning to an afternoon test), early knowledge of assignments and syllabus, and the option for extended deadlines and excused absenses due to various issues that may arise. Check with your college disability department and get on file so you can be put on file so they would be more willing to help you when you need it. Keep in mind that if it changes the nature of the course, causes undue costs or stress on the instructor or department they can and most likely will refuse your request for Accommodations.
No, depending on the course you may receive exemptions from professional accountancy exams. There are a lot of exams which must be completed before you can call yourself an accountant! 3 years work experience is also required to become a qualified accountant. the professional exams can be done while you are on a training contract with an accountancy firm
