The adsorbtion of methyl blue by activated carbon increases with increasing temperature. Not sure about other types of adsorbtion.

1)Temperature

2)Pressure

3) Surface of adsorbent

4) Nature of adsorption process (either chemi-adsorption of phsi-adsorption)

that all these are the major factors affecting the rate of adsorption.

Most adhesive material is in a semi-liquid form which dries up into a solid, if you use heat on an adhesive material and place it where needed, then freeze it you get a faster working glue. Of course freezing at very low temperatures could also solidify the adhesive and make it useless.

phyisorption takes place at low temperature. at 4k which is the b.p of He, any thing gets physisorbed.
