They were really called Lisa, Jess and Teal but when they got big they named themselves the veronicas. They got it from Archie Comic, you know Betty and Veronica lodge. Also they said that they called themselves that because they watched a movie called "The Heathers" and in the movie someone said "were not a Heather were a Veronica". And they liked it.
