The only way to solve the out of sync problem that I know of it to close the game and re-load, or sell the item that is causing the problem. I had a couple of trees that every time I tried to harvest them, they caused out of sync problems. So, I sold those trees, and haven't had a problem since.Of course, I wasn't trying to cheat either. I would say if the cheat breaks the game, it isn't worth using.

the computer you are trying to sync it to may have a different version of itunes than you have. for example the newer ipods wont sync to aything but the newest version of itunes that was out when it was released or any new version that have been released since.
