That I know of there is no provision for "Labor Laws" in any "Indian Act."

The laws introduced in 1833 to improve the working lives of children were known as the Factory Acts. These acts aimed to regulate child labor and improve working conditions in factories.
Some of the basic employment laws in the United States of America is the Fair Labor Standard Acts which controls how much employees are paid from the employer and also Child Labor Laws that dictate how young a teen is able to work.

In Great Britain, these laws were referred to as the Coercive Acts and seen by the colonists as one of the Intolerable Acts.
The Sabotage Act and the Sedition Act's were passed in 1918. These laws made it a crime to say print or write almost anything perceived as negative about the government. Such acts were considered sabotage. The government used the laws to stifle all political opposition thousands of people especially immigrants socialists pacifists and labor activists were convicted under these laws.
Labor laws originated a long time ago in England because of the policy of the laissez-faire. These laws were quite simple compared to our complicated regulations currently, but these dealt with the same basic principles that our laws do now-a-days. These laws dealt with working conditions, safety, and child labor.
