Achievement Level 7 is one of the hardest ones. I think the hardest part is the 100,000e for the EC part.
I suggest getting a greenhouse with a pass, so you can grow crops all-year round. The best crops would probably be flax and straw. I suggest growing a TON of flax in Spring, and all year round, along with straw. =)
