Yes; not what you think of as a fat person, but yes, body fat is required and is healthy. Women who are overweight, on the other-hand, can have fertility complications as well as high risk pregnancies. It is best to find a healthy weight for your body when trying to become pregnant. There is a happy medium for everyone.
