WHERE is the FBI vehicles in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas?
I don't know WHERE to find them, but I do know that the only known way to get the FBI Rancher is to achieve a 5-star wanted level and once you get them in a corner, activate the "Never wanted" cheat code. That will allow you to kill police and blow up cars in the game as you wish without getting a wanted level. In doing so, try to block their Ranchers with the vehicle you have and once you do that, just take the driver out of the vehicle and drive away. Be careful though, he will try to get back in once he's been thrown from the vehicle.

Yup. But why ask? Just killed a lot of people and cops and under 10 minutes you should have 4 or 5 stars. for easier stars. put the wanted cheat code. If correctly you should have the FBI ranchers. The easy way to get: just jacked it.
