she wears stuff that still fit her from her childhood, and most likely, clothes from grey guards that got eatten by the Wenn and Wennebar. she has boots and sometimes puts her hair it a ponytail with a long peice of cloth. it said something about her wearing gloves in City of Rats, but im not so sure she wears them in the following series.

It depends on what size & level of rat you're referring to but there are lots of rats in runescape. One of the more common places would be the varrock sewers for lower leveled rats & Olaf's quest cave for brine rats which are higher leveled & they can only be accessed after you've completed Olaf's quest.
