The male frog, as with all amphibians, is poorly equipped in the penis department - he doesn't have one. When the female is ready to produce eggs the male clings to her back and, as the eggs are extruded, he sprays them with spermatozoa. It seems to work; frogs have been around for many millions of years.
they float around in the water until they join
Frogs use external fertilisation, this means that the female frog lays thousands of eggs, but then the male sprays sperm on the offspring to fertilise it. So basically the sperm cell and egg cell meet when the male sprays his sperm cells over the eggs.
they meet through the ovary
Frogs, fishes and amphibian animals.External fertilization is where both the eggs and sperm are released into water and the sperm is carried to the egg for fertilization. External fertilization is limited to animals living in water. These include frogs, amphibians and fish.most fish do by leaving there sperm and egg cells floating around in the water until one another meet and form a fish

they meet together
When two diploid cells or sperm and egg cells meet.

When egg and sperm cells meet, a complete set of chromosomes is contained and the combined cell becomes known as a zygote.
the sperm has to meet the egg cell or cells
Frog's fertilisation takes place externally. As the female lays her spawn, the male fertilises the eggs.
It is not really Fertilization it is Fermentationbecause the joining of the egg and the sperm makes it to be FERMENTATION
