It really, really is up to you. If you upgrade Tana to a Falconknight as well, then the two of them plus Syrene can do the Triangle Attack. If she upgrades the a Wyvern Knight then she'll become a more offensive unit, and since she was previously a Pegasus Knight, she'll have a somewhat abnormal amount of Resistance.
