If this question is asking about the 6 phases of the Gymnastics Program, here they are: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel bars, and Horizontal Bar. ---- question is poorly worded unless other countries us the term "phase" differently than I interpret it. First Gymnastics is a broad term. That term covers at least six different sports. What are the phases of Gymnastics is about as broad a question as What are the phases of Ball playing. Which ball sport are you asking about??? which gymnastic sport are you asking about?? There might be more if this is what you are talking aboutIf this question is asking about the 6 phases of the Gymnastics Program, here they are: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel bars, and Horizontal Bar.It really depends on how you are when you start where you begin. The earliest level in Tots (toddlers) Classes. Then you move on to Kinder Classes, both of which where you just learn very basics. Basic levels introduce early skills and techniques. After that is J.O levels, which you begin learning routines. With each J.O level you advance to more and more difficult skills and begin competing by J.O level 4 or so. Elite is the highest level and it is the level from which they choose Olympians from.

The four phases of exercise are: warm up, stretching, conditioning and cool down. These phases are important to prepare the body and for easy recovery of the body after the exercise.

In the USA gymnastics program the phases are usually represented by a pyramid. The bottom is compulsory and optional levels 1-10. The middle is elite gymnastics. the top is Olympic and World championships.

Level 1-10 then elite, Olympic level

Well, I do gymnastics! I know that the phases, well you might not be looking for this but I think these are the phases: Confident, Terrified, Better AWESOME, but never perfect, you can always learn and do new things!

Gymnastic doesn't have "phases." It is organized into levels. (up to 10 +elite) The levels are organized by difficulty. The lower the level, the less dificult.

There are five phases to dance. They are aerobics, break dancing, gymnastics, bending, and stretching. Each can be done separately or in a combination.

what do you mean?? Different phases as in levels? If so then there are levels for gymnasts. Levels from 2-10 And then a gymnast goes elite and competes Internationally.

There are five phases of rhythmic activities. They are aerobics (fundamentals of dancing), break dancing, gymnastics (exercising and stretching the body), bending and stretching.

The five phases of dance refer to the different classifications of dancing techniques and styles. They include aerobics, bending, stretching, break dancing, and gymnastics.

The phases are: 1) Warm-Up, 2) Conditioning, and 3) Cool Down. This can be found in more detail at the Clevend Clinics' Cardiac Rehab exercise page. Hope this helps you...Regards, Ray Siegel, MCP,LP

You have both series and parallel circuits in your home. All of the branch circuits are in parallel with each other. (Although half are on opposite phases, it is helpful to think of them in parallel.) Each of the outlets, lamps, or loads in a branch circuit are in parallel with each other. And finally, switches are in series with the circuit that they control.

1. Conditioning 2. Rhythmic 3. Tumbling 4. Apparatus work 5. Pyramid Building 6. Stunts

in safe systems the summation of every phase currents is equale to the line current, but in deffect system not equale , this difrance circulates between parallel phases
