For anorexics what are some tips to trick the scale and weigh more than you really are What are some things i could do before getting weighed in order for my weight to appear to be increasing?

I'm anorexic, and no matter how hard I search i can't find a very good way to do this.
All suggestions would only make you weigh like one more pound.
You could drink a ton of water, which might give you like 5 lbs.
I've also heard of taping coins inside your clothes.
But you have to think -- who are you really benifiting? Yourself? NO.

Yes, it is possible. Not all anorexics are underweight, and cellulite can appear on "thin" people. Cellulite is in realtion to the distribution of fat, not the amount of fat present, so it is possible for anorexics to have cellulite.
