You get to pick another race, from the available options, and customize it.
In most cases, an email attachment is signified by a paperclip. If you click on the paperclip, chances are a dialog box will appear where one of the options is to save attachment.
You should be able to run World of Warcraft with an ATI 2100, if you use the latest drivers for it. You might have to fiddle with the settings in the Graphics options of the game to get it to look good.
..There is an "Enable sticky targetting" option. Should be somewhere under "Interface options".

Your guild leader may have changed you rank to restrict chat options in guild channel. You can whisper them to see if they can fix it.
A writ of body attachment can be issued by the court directing the authorities to bring a person who has been found in civil contempt before the court. For example, it might be used in the case of an obligor not paying court ordered child support. You need to consult with an attorney who can review your situation and explain your options. If that's not possible you should visit the court and ask to speak with an advocate.
I would recommend right clicking the icon in question and selecting "Open With" there you can choose the program which is right for you.
You could paste it in if that works for you or you could add it in (not an attachement). Look through your options as there are sometimes multiple ways of doing it.
That feature is only active from about level 1-6. It will stop after a little while, just ignore it.

In order to join a game in Warcraft, one must first make an online account. Once there, you can join a ladder game using the options along the top of the screen, or you can join a custom game by clicking the appropriate button along the top and choosing from the list of games.
