We are having the same problem and my husband think is the fuel pump.
Did you have a new key made for the Truck? If so that's your problem. If you need a spare key you'll have to go to your Ford dealer to have it made otherwise your vehicle will start then shut off quickly. It's just a security issue, there is a small sensor chip in the black part of the stock key.
