Ford motor companymy engine light keeps coming on my 2007 fusion you read my book and thought it needed its oil changed you did that but the light is still on it seems to be running fine?

check the O2 censor for the intake and the exaust
The computer turns the light on if there is a problem. An obdii scanner will tell you what turned the light on,It is often as minor as a gas cap not tight. Scanners are not too expensive, or you can see if you know someone who has one you can use. they have em' at sears.
