I don't think he has signed any flags. It's not illegal to sign one, but it's generally considered inappropriate. The president has signed other objects, like photographs, but respecting the flag is something every president, Barack Obama included, always tries to do. That said, there have been candidates who autographed flags, including former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin in 2010.
