There is no way to get a free fully functioning World of Warcraft account legally. You can get a free starter edition that will allow you to play up till level 20 for free with no time limits, however there are several things that are limited. I.E.:
- Max level 20
- Limit of 10 gold
- Cannot talk in public chat channels such as trade chat, general
