it will show like a time frame.
They will know she used, however it will show that it was months ago..
But it won't just dissapear
That just happen to me last night. I am looking for answers to this as well. I went to the gym for the first time in 2mths. I am 15 weeks pregnant and just started to get my energy back but now I am unsure if walking on the treadmill is good for me. I started cramping right before the 30 min was over and had cramps until I lied down, which in turn made them better. But cramping is scary so I may just have to stop going to the gym all together.
Isn't gonna happen. 50 lbs in 2 months is 6-7 lbs/week, and that's 2-3 times more than the recommended loss rate. For that loss rate, you'd need to create a calorie deficiency of 3000 calories/day. That's pretty much like not eating anything AND run a half-marathon every day. Or eating a little and do a full marathon. Even if it was possible, it wouldn't be healthy. Besides, exercise isn't the most important thing in weight loss, eating habits are. If you eat wrong/too much, you'll never be able to exercise hard enough to burn off those calories. A snack that takes 5 minutes to eat can take one hour to burn off.
