Start out by checking the following...
1. Freon level..
2. If the freon level is okay and the gauge readings are okay then..
3. Check the inside a/c - heater controller for correct operations..
4. Check the inside a/c - heater in-dash doors for correct operations..
where is the heater core in a 1992 Toyota previa
you will need a new thermostat to cure this problem. ian
You have sticky front calipers.
Unfortunatly for oil changers this filter will burn you good if the engine is hot. It is located directly below the front exhaust manifold.
The Toyota tundra fuel pump hot wire will be the color red. The fuel pump is located on the front of the fuel tank. The hot wire will be inside of a wiring harness.
first remove the battery cables from the battery, get under the car behind the pass side. follows the battery wire and will lead you to the starter remove tha hot wire and the ground wire off the starter remove two bolts that holds the starter and install the new one and reverse the presigues ...
Coolent leaks from pasenger side of engine.
Takes pro tools not for diy mechanics. I hate mine as well, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CONNECT THE HOT WIRES THAT GO TO THE STARTER AND IGNITION DIRECT, AND PULL OUT THE FUSES TO THE ALARM THAT SHOULD CANCELL THE ALARM..I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM..
You will need to drive your front wheels up onto a stand to make the water pump accesible. Follow the large hose from the bottom of the radiator which goes to into the thermostat. The thermostat is connected to the water pump. You will have to remove the oil filter housing (3bolts) in order to get the water pump off. (watchout for the hot fluids....drain the radiator first.
hi there the thermostat is located right on the bottom of the engine next to the oil filter. i believe the housing is held with 2x 12mm bolts which once removed (carefull of hot water) you can then remove/replace the thermostat. i would seriously consider taking more advice as the previa cooling system is very very sensitive to air locks and prone to over heat when just filled with coolant
A battery may get hot on a 1999 Toyota Corolla when it is being used for a long period of time.
there is a reservoir on the passenger side of the engine bay, two levels are mark'd on it... hot level and cold level, depending on the engine temperature.
