Actually the nut does not hold the rotor on. Your brake caliper does that. The nut holds the front hub on. correct and the torque setting for the front hub nut is ..284 ft pounds
It is 46 lbf-ft.
spec calls for 185 foot pounds of torque, with a new nut.
The setting would be around 7 route in order to have a correct setting of axle.
