Its under the upper intake manifold. If you are looking at the engine standing in front of the vehicle, you will see the throttle body then behind it a rectangular plug and two fuel lines. You will see a bump on the vehicle right of the rectangular plug, that is the clearance for the regulator. Its about the size of a signal flasher.
