i can only presume is lack of engine oil or adjustment on tappets( pls be more detailed)or diesel engine it being a injector blowing

its the needle valve inside the injector opening and closing
It could be that your engine is still hot. Otherwise, there could be a short in the heat sensor or relay so that it's always "on." Whenever you trun on the ignition, the fan will come on too.
Try turning the Bluetooth off.
you could add gas treatment liquid to your gas tank or you could buy the fuel injector cleaner tool and run the system with fuel injector cleaner which is alot faster. other then tht you could take each fuel injector out and spray carb clener through the fuel injector until you see nice spread out spray coming out.
Valve Stem Seal are designed to make sure no oil will spill into the engine piston as it eat the gas coming from the Fuel injector through the exhaust manifold.

check your ignition coil, if it's not coming out of there you need to look into a new ignition coil , check ignition circuit next
