It's in the fuel tank. Brand new it's like $500 bucks from somewhere like advance auto parts. To get to it you have to drop the fuel tank.

It is Inside of the fuel tank.
Absolutely not.
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
133 MPH there is no governor it's all computer controlled. When you go so fast it kills power to the fuel pump. When you get to a safe speed it re-engages.
my 1993 probe gt done the same thing with the no spark at the plugs the ignition module was bad i replace the whole distributor and it runs great
Is your fuel pump working? Did you blow your Fuel Pump relay in the relay box? Did you put fuel in it? Is your fuel filter clogged? Check all those things and get back to me

The question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. You may want to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
The oil pump is Crankshaft driven. Meaning you have to remove the entire timing belt assembly to get to it. You also have to remove the oil pan because to pump bolts to the pan. It is by no means an easy job.
